Wrong colour or size? That’s ok we can exchange it for you. Just get in touch within 14 days of receipt to let us know what’s happened, what you need and to make arrangements to return the item. Postage is not refundable.

All items being returned to us must be in new condition, so tags attached, not worn, no hair on them, not dirty. The items must be in resell-able condition to be accepted, so keep that in mind when trying them on.

This does not limit your consumer protections for any warranty claims and an exchange or refund is available as per the law in NSW.
